Antique (1891-c.1907) Wood & Son Plate with Captain Cuttle (Dickens) in Centre
The back stamp on this back has Wood & Son which dates it to between 1891-1907. After 1907 the company became Wood & Sons and then in 1910 Wood & Sons Ltd.
Captain Cuttle was a character in Charles Dickens seventh novel 'Dombey and Son'
