Vintage Carnival Glass Kewpie Doll, Dated 1981, about 6.5" tall.  Ice blue carnival glass.  Painted eyes, hair, wings.  I bought this figure in Branson, Missouri, in the 1980's.  It has a B in a triangele which I have been told is Guernsey Glass.
