The buyer is responsible for reading all conditions below before placing an order. By placing an order the buyer agrees to all conditions below:
International Customs Notice: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your customs authority to determine these additional costs prior to bidding or buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering company or when you pick them up. U.S. merchants are unable to mark merchandise values below the actual purchase price or mark international parcels as "gifts", U. S. and international government regulations prohibit such practice. Only U. S. customs forms will be provided with each shipment -- no other certificates will be provided.
Order Cancellations: I will accept order cancellations customers submit through the eBay system as long as they are received before an order is in process. As the seller, I will not start the cancellation process on behalf of the customer. It is solely the responsibility of the customer to cancel an order from their customer account.
Returns & Exchanges: I don't accept returns, or exchanges if the buyer is requesting based on changing their mind about the item purchased. Returns or exchanges are only offered if the incorrect item was shipped. Patterns are non-returnable due to copyright laws, but I will send a proper replacement if the incorrect pattern is shipped.
Custom and Personalized Orders: Feel free to message me if you need a quantity greater than what I may have listed. I am always glad to set up a customer order to combine your items, which can save you on shipping.
Address Changes: Prior to purchasing your item, ensure that your address is correct. As a seller, I am unable to alter the shipping address after an order has been placed. Doing so is a violation of eBay policy, and voids both buyer and seller protection offered by eBay.
Missing/Damaged Shipment: *The following policies only apply to domestic orders* If the tracking on a package shows that it has been delivered, I do not offer returns or refunds. If an item goes 20 days without a tracking update, and still is undelivered, I will offer a full refund. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the description, and the buyer provides proof, I offer either a refund or a replacement, based on the preference of the buyer.
