Ladies and gentlemen, I am pleased to offer here oil painting on canvas Vladimir Lenin at the direct line .  Is copy of famous painter Igor Grabar .Work "Lenin at the direct line" Grabar started in 1927. He also talked about this: "The allocation of the revolutionary military Council of the paintings of the tenth anniversary of the red Army, I touched on the topic of remaining free and no one is interested in: V. I. Lenin by direct wire. I then began to ask in detail, how were these negotiations with the commanders of Lenin fronts in the civil war days. Learn all the details, I began to compose a sketch". The artist toured the hallway outside the office of Lenin, successful and happy color – dark pink wall, white door, red carpet – it can be good to portray. However, to unleash the talent of the painter, who skilfully operating a color, in this case, Grabar could not. He had quite a lot to work with mask and bust of Lenin, to bring the case to the sitter. So it was not a familiar element Grabar as an artist. While watching at the episode with a map and a Cup of tea, we can to catch the roll some of his still lifes. But in this case, the theme to develop was not possible, painting is dedicated to another.
