From an avid collector or model trains, planes, and boats is this remote radio remote control Nikko Skipper Starfish boat.  The owner appears to have kept it in excellent condition. Very clean. It comes with the radio control and manual.  I have no reason to believe it would not work when a battery is inserted, but I am selling it as you see it.
