Notes on Purchasing an Aluminium Greenhouse (Please read prior to purchase.)
Build:- It does take 2 experienced DIY enthusiasts several hours to build one of these greenhouses, the instructions must be followed exactly. (Remember we built 7 for photography so we understand any issues encountered.)
Pre-Build Inspection:- Once an item has been built it is non-returnable so please inspect all components prior to build and report any issues prior to building, if you progress to building you have accepted the item of being reasonable quality.
Safety:- You must wear safety gloves during the assembly process because some components may have sharp edges.
Locating:- Whilst the greenhouse is light and it will require you to secure it to the ground, you should chose a sheltered location where possible. We do not warranty any outdoor item against weather damage.
Measurements:- All measurements are approximate and include roof overhangs.
Finish:- The Aluminium frame is strong but we found a few minor cosmetic blemishes probably due to transport, they did not effect the functionality of the item and to be honest were not really noticeable when the item was fully built so we will not accept a return (At our cost) for very minor cosmetic blemishes.
Damage:- In the unlikely event a panel/component is delivered with any serious damage we first reserve the right to replace the part rather than accepting a return.
Returns:- This range of Greenhouses are large and therefore delivered in 2 cartons the boxes are heavy and long so they will be expensive to return. Please only purchase an item if you are sure you require it and try and avoid processing a 30 day return.

Garden Universe ships daily with DHL, standard shipping is a 48H service but you can upgrade to a 24H service as required. Please note DHL do not deliver on a Sat/Sun and Ebay can often suggest that customers will receive items over the weekend which is an Ebay software glitch and no fault of the seller.

Returns
Garden Universe accepts returns of unused items in original packaging returned within 30 days of purchase, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any item not returned in as new condition.
