Truly a beautiful unique piece!

Cord is plug in style, measures 15 ft. & dial switch is marked "Excalibur". 

Chain has some slight rust appropriate for its age. I cleaned & treated it with Rustoleum Rust Stop to help slow any further rusting.  Glass panes have been cleaned. The metal holdings are all intact & structurally sound.

Electrical housing is stamped "Leviton".
