This is an extremely rare 70's Big Jim Blue Commander action figure MIB.  It is sealed and graded.  This is the extremely rare American domestic packaging made by MATTEL adorned with the artwork of artist legend Jack Kirby.  This box release is very rare as it is proprietary to North America.  It is considered a first series window box and nearly impossible to find in such nice condition, let alone sealed.  The box is in excellent or better condition as pictured with minor wear from storage and age.  It is CSA graded to prove that this item is factory sealed.  The cardboard is still glossy and the colors are bright as it hasn't been displayed.  THIS IS VERY RARE.  The comic art is amazing as it was done by the great Jack Kirby.  The figure is pristine and perfectly placed.  This figure is factory new as it shows.  Considering the fact that the last few high dollar sealed P.A.C.K. figures were in fact "reseals" we consider this item better than sealed, you know exactly what you are buying as it is authenticated with COA and acrylic case by CSA.  We know for fact that the last few high dollar commanders that were sold as "sealed" were in fact re-sealed... we owned and sold them as opened... and they magically appeared as sealed years later.  Shame on dishonest sellers.  AFA and CSA will reject resealed items and not give them a MISB grade.  When looking for factory sealed P.A.C.K. figures just remember that they never came taped closed, and spider-veins on the flap openings are made from flaps being bent upward when carelessly opened.  You would never see a factory sealed figure with such distinctive creases... unless it was pulled opened and later resealed.  This is a 45 plus year old item... and an amazing piece of BIG JIM and comic history.  There are not too many of these in existence and this one would make a beautiful one of a kind display for any toy or comic aficionado.  We will double box ship this item in an over-sized box.  We know how to properly package precious collectibles and we will take every intuitive concern into consideration when shipping.  The item will be shipped with INSURANCE via USPS Priority Airmail.  Thank you and have a wonderful day.
