WWII
USN COMPUTER,
SQUARE SEARCH
For True Air Speed of 150

(Instructions for both knots & mph)

Straight from WWII and stored in top conditions, here's a super nice, NOS 1943 Search Computer that would have been used by crews of U.S. Navy planes with faster cruising speeds, such as the TBF/TBM Avengers, etc when they were tasked with locating downed airmen or stranded ship crews.
This double-sided Computer measures 7" X 9-1/2", comes complete with its 10 page Instructions AND original 7-1/4" X 10"carton. The carton's corners & edges have separated a bit from 7+ decades of storage; other than that, everything is IN EXCELLENT, UNUSED CONDITION.... There is an ever-so-slight water stain on the carton's lower RH corner (shown in the image above) but no other no water damage, mold, rusty staples or other drawbacks, just another authentic & rare artifact to display in your War Room or with your WWII USN DISPLAY!

NOTE: For some reason, the Computer & Instructions' edges in the main image look choppy - this is a camera issue - BOTH ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION!

NOTE: We also have
SQUARE SEARCH COMPUTERS
"For true Air Speed of 130"
that were used in the slower planes . . .
