Envelope is a little torn. Pattern and instructions are in factory folded condition.

I buy my items at a variety of places and can't guarantee this hasn't been around smoke at some point. I don't smell any odor on it and would never buy it if I did. However, I do have a cat who likes to "share" a hair or two so if you're sensitive please be aware!
