Quirky Hand Made Signed Vase - Hanging on by the Finger Tips with HELP!!! inside

This is marked Glen WA (ie Western Australia).  Do not know the age. 

I've called this a vase, but it could have multiple purposes. 

Size: 14.5cm tall and base is 7.5cm in diameter

In good used condition
