Description
Our mugs are excellent quality with professionally printed customised designs. Mugs are made of high quality ceramic. All orders made to order!
Colour changing mug - this means that the print on the mug is not completely seen until the hot water is poured into the mug. First the mug is plain black, but when the hot water is poured the print/image starts to appear. Once the mug coos down, the print/image disappears.
Printed glitter
Our 100% printed glitter / gold / silver adds a sparkling touch that will never fade. Please note, this is not real glitter / gold / silver, but part of the design printed on the mug.

Delivery
Our products are despatched next day and usually takes 2-3 working days to deliver. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class services and absolutely out of charge.
For International buyers we send our product by Royal Mail International Standard Delivery, which takes 5-7 working days. (No tracking) However, if you would like tracked service we have provided such option too. This will be for additional cost.

All delivery dates are only estimates to provide you with an approximate delivery dates and are for guidance only. Sometimes delivery can be delayed due for transits during busy bank holiday periods or within international services.

Item not as expected
Please note that we do not take responsibility if colours are slightly different. Due to monitor showing colours differently from what you see on a print we cannot guarantee that colours will be identical. Nevertheless, almost all our customers after receiving our products were 100% satisfied. However, if you feel colours completely do not much photos or description please contact us and we will sort out any inconveniences.
Payment
We accept payments by Cards via eBay.
Shipping
Items will usually be sent the next working day after payment has cleared. Please note that we will send your parcel at any convenient moment but on the working day when postal services are available.
Returns
PERSONALISED items can not be returned back to seller as they are made to order. Returns accepted only if seller made a mistake, sent a wrong item or item arrived demaged.
