Unless otherwise stated, most listed items are used/secondhand merchandise... as such, it cannot be guaranteed to be completely free of smoke/pet odors (I don't smoke, but I do have a dog!) or minor flaws/defects. I do not sell non-working, broken or items with major flaws, and I do my best to describe any & all known defects. Should I overlook something and you have a problem, I will accept DEFECTIVE returns in most cases. Please contact me via email immediately, and I will make my best effort to work out a solution. Please contact me with your concerns prior to leaving feedback for the transaction as customer service is very important to me...and Ebay should be a good experience for us all!
Please carefully read the description of the listing to make sure that it's the item you want, look at any and all pictures and ask questions before buying. If it's not what you wanted or you change your mind, there may be a 10% restocking fee to return it. In the unlikely event that an item has been improperly described or the wrong item was accidentally shipped, a full refund by the method of payment will be issued and a return shipping refund will be made as long as the item is returned within (5) days of receipt.
Please utilize the Ebay return process to request a return. Then return your goods in the condition you received them in, in the original packaging within 30 days using a tracked postage method. We refund for returned goods received safely & not for returned goods lost in the mail. Returned items must be complete & undamaged. Return postage is at buyers expense, with the exception of defective items. Returns are expected within the 30 days specified. Returns received after that time may not be processed & may be returned to you.
Clothing Guarantee: If you purchase an item and it doesn't fit, you can return them within (10) days from your delivery arrival date for a refund. The item must be in it's original condition, including any tags, if applicable. No partial returns are offered. You are responsible to pay for return shipping. We will refund cost less our original shipping and handling costs.
