This is a Left hand thread (the larger diameter) so please screw into place anti-clockwise.

(Smaller end is a normal thread rotation RH)

Hex head designed to allow torque to be applied by socket set bar.

Apply engine oil before use to threads.

Remove the inner tool’s bolt, wind the main body of the extractor fully in (tight) ensure the crank end has no threads that could be damaged by the puller. (If so place a thread protector in the end of the crank, cap head bolt etc) then wind inner tool bolt in to extract flywheel.
