Shipping Policy

All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Keysborough VIC 3173, Australia.
The dispatch is within 1-2 business days after the order is received.
For the local pick up option, please message us after the order is completed on eBay, and we will reply to you with the pickup address and open time.
Available for pick up on weekdays from 9 am - 5 pm, Saturday 10 am - 3 pm.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept a return. Please see the policy for the different situations.

  • Changed mind after the item has been sent: After receiving and checking the returned item, the sending postage (and the return postage if we provide the return label) and some other possible surcharges (according to the condition of the returned item) will be deducted from the refund.
  • Wrong item received: Please contact us immediately and attach photos. An appropriate solution will be offered. Please do not open a return request if a replacement is needed.
  • Exchange the item: The buyer is responsible for covering the return postage (if we provide the return label), the sending postage for sending the new item and some other possible surcharges (according to the condition of the returned item).

Warranty Policy

This warranty DOES NOT include faults caused by:

  • Defects or damage for which proof of purchase cannot be provided.
  • Damage caused by the installation of goods that were defective at the time of installation.
  • Incorrect installation or installation not by the provided instructions.
  • Installation or repairs by an unlicensed plumber.
  • Improper use or improper installation.
  • Natural wear and tear occurring from regular use.
  • Inadequate or complete lack of maintenance.
  • Damage is caused by exposure to chemical agents, electrochemical reactions, or electrical malfunctions.
  • Harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners are used on product finishes.
  • Scratching, chipping, breaking, or discolouration resulting from external physical forces or environmental conditions.
  • Issues arising from the water supply, including silt, corrosion, excessive water pressure or temperatures beyond the specified limitations.
  • Use of non-standard replacement parts for service or repairs.
  • Accidental damage, malicious or intentional damage or neglect.
  • Any Labour cost or other cost of removal / installations.
  • The warranty is not transferable to any other person.
