Two DELL Laptops Touch Screen For Parts And Repair.

I truly don't know much about computers, Laptops and technology in general but I know these are good. They have been cleared of all personal information and are working however when you turn them on they start beeping and I have been told they need new ram so that is why I'm selling them for parts or repair.
