This is a pen & ink by Charles Perry Weimer 1904-1976 showing a 1930’s Western Electric handset. It has
amazing detail in the 8 5/8”x 11 3/8” pen & ink that’s signed in the lower left corner. It’s in a period oak frame
that’s 14 1/2”x 18”. There is a worn spot to the left of the Western Electric name, otherwise in good condition.
