I am selling the exact card you see pictured. It was signed by Yukinori Torii (programmer and Pokémon game developer) at World Championship 2002 in Seattle that the signer attended as a guest.

The card was recently authenticated by PSA.

This signature is pretty hard to come by at least for my knowledge and i could only find a couple of his signatures browsing the web. The PCL writing stands for "Pokemon card laborarory".

Please note that the person who signed the card is not the actual card illustrator that, in this case, is Shin-Ichi Yoshida.
