Returns Policy
Under our returns policy we are happy to exchange or refund most items within 30 days of purchase. This applies to online orders returned to our online team. All items must be returned in the same condition as when you purchased them. We refund only if the item is not as described, damaged or there are any other mistakes on the listing.
If you have changed your mind or the item doesn't fit, then you should pay for both postage costs and request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

We ask that payment is made within 48 hours of the auction ending.
We will dispatch items within 48 hours of receiving payment.
Please contact us prior to payment if you wish to collect your item in person.
Please note: Collection should be arranged within 7 days of the auction ending.
