Vintage Lafayette Radio Electronics Corp. 9v Battery Eliminator model 99-9021. Powers up, and all visible contacts are clean with no corrosion. Heavy rubber plug. I would expect this to work, but it is untested (beyond plugging in and seeing the light) and offered as-is.

Box has some scuffs and creases as shown in photos.
