We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DPD and DHL to deliver orders in the UK and Europe. Orders from EU countries are dispatched from either EU or International warehouses depending on stock availability and delivered by Tracked couriers. Damaged products

If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, the Purchaser should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, such damage should be reported to OneTech Gadgets within 3 days and arrange collection and return. OneTech Gadgets is not responsible for paying shipment costs. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased.

You need to send us photos of the damaged product and also the packaging as they are required by the courier to open an investigation can take up to 21 business days to close.

We then issue you a refund or dispatch a replacement product as per your request.

Right of Withdrawal

If the Goods have been dispatched or have reached you, but the Purchaser decides that they are no longer required, the Goods can be returned to OneTech Gadgets within 14 days of receipt. Goods can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains unopened and the Goods can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work on the part of OneTech Gadgets. Can I perform a firmware/System update/hard factory reset of my Smartphone/Tablet?

Do you provide a Product Warranty?
