Victorian Era Wallis Gimson Portrait Series Octagonal Plate - James Fraser Lord Bishop of Manchester

This does not have the Wallis Gimson back stamp, however the Reg Number is the same used by this company for this series of plates that they issued in the 1886 to celebrate the achievements of many Victorian figures.  

James Fraser was considered an good Church administrator and policy leader, who was active in developing the Anglican Church's approach to education, in practical politics and industrial relation in the mid 1800's. He died in 1885

In good used condition.
