Our company is called Final Fortunes, our mission; to bring unique collectibles and treasures from around the world to you. We specialize in rare vintage Final Fantasy merchandise as well as other unique treasures from Japan including art, jewelry, and limited-edition statues. With each sale, a portion of proceeds goes back to disaster relief in Japan where FF was created. This way you can feel good about not only getting your treasures at the best possible price, but also supporting the FF community that we all love.

Shipping

We ship to every state the United States & Internationally! If eBay has any technical issues on their end, just reach out to us and we'll get that fixed asap Thank you..

Your order will be shipped through Canada post, DHL or UPS. It will be fully insured, and a tracking number will be provided. To ensure safe arrival of your package; Any items exceeding the value of $700.00 CAD will require an adult signature with a verified government issued photo ID, to a verified eBay and PayPal address.

We only ship our items to the verified address associated with your PayPal account. Please note that we do not ship our items to any other addresses not registered and verified by both eBay and PayPal.

Please note, all of our items are shipped safely in specialty corrugated cardboard boxes which is why our shipping cost may be a slight bit higher that an item of comparable size. We do this because most of our items are fragile and vintage and we strive to not only bring the rarest treasures to you, but ensure that they arrive safely at your door.

We only ship items out in bubble wrap when it's a prize give away to one of our previous customers, and even then, we still may still ship them out in boxes, depending on the prize! Our boxes are extremely light weight, durable, and will ensure your Fortune reaches its Final destination. ;)

International Buyers

Please Note- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up -　please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - Canadian and International government regulations prohibit such behaviour.

Payment

We currently accept Paypal, Visa, and Mastercard. We also except cash for local pick up or bank wire transfer for high valued purchases. Please contact us ahead if you'd like to use the latter of the two payment methods, which are also required for certain high value purchases. Thank you.

Unless specified in the listing for next business day handling; your item will be dispatched within 4 business days after your payment is cleared.

Make Offer Option & Watched Items

Please note that the listed price is what the item is selling for. We do however occasionally provide discounts through two different areas. One, we occasionally provide discounts through the watched items category. Two, we sometimes issue discount cards as a special thanks to previous customers, who are then able to apply a discount on any item of their choosing.

If you have received a discount card, you may contact us and let us know which item you wish you purchase. We will then unlock the option to “make an offer” for you. Once we do this you then may apply the % discount you received off and submit an offer in the “Make Offer” section beside the listed price. Once we have verified the promotional discount associated with your Ebay account, we will then process the order. This typically takes 24-48 hours.

We kindly ask that if you have not received a discount code or offer, please do not submit one as it will not be processed. We are working very hard to keep our prices competitive while supporting charities in Japan and the FF community. We appreciate your understanding.

F.A.Q.s (Frequently Asked Questions)

How long are your discount cards good for?

Great question! Unlike most companies who only offer a few weeks or a month, our discount cards valid for one year from the purchase date of the item you bought from us! This way you get a real opportunity to use your discount card without having to rush. It's so important us that our customers have a pleasant shopping experience with us and we are trying really hard to constantly bring to you more value.

I see a hold or delay in my package regarding customs clearance or a change in the delivery date, is this normal?

Yes, this is completely normal. Often customs will do a regular safety check of parcels either in the county of export or import. Meaning our country or yours sometimes like to do additional random safety spot checks to make sure the items being shipped are actually what they say they are. Sometimes it's only one country that likes to check, sometimes both countries like to check. These procedures are completely normal for shipping specialty high valued items and no need to cause alarm. There are also unforeseen delays such as weather conditions and road blockages that may effect the delivery time as well. So an expected delivery time is not always 100% accurate.

Please rest assured, we monitor your package daily until it arrives to you, if we see any real delays, it will be investigated and fast tracked until it is resolved and delivered. We take so much care in ensuring your package reaches you in a timely manner. Please rest easy.

Photos

With any of our items for sale, additional photos may be supplied upon request prior to purchasing. All photos are taken carefully by us and are pictures of the exact item you will be receiving, no stock photos. It very important to us that our customers receive exactly what they pay for.

Policies

Unless an item is absolutely sealed in original packaging, we do not consider an item “Brand new sealed”. Rest assured, we will always accurately describe our items to you. We do not open original packaging on sealed antique/vintage/new condition items. All of our antiquities, art, and apparel are stored securely in our temperature-controlled facility in Canada.

Unless specified in the returns category or listing, all items we sell are sold “as is” with a no claim, no return policy. The reason for this is that so many pieces of our inventory are rare fragile statues or limited-edition artwork, some even one of a kind. It requires knowledge and training to pack these items professionally. Therefore, we cannot not risk the items being returned and improperly packaged, mishandled or incorrectly shipped.

We absolutely do the best we can to research, accurately describe, and photograph all details, imperfections or damage (if any). We always ask that our customer carefully inspect the photographs of the items they are interested in before purchasing as they are the final judgment of the items overall condition. We know true collectors value sellers who take the time to accurately describe products to you and that is something we take pride in. You'll notice on eBay most sellers take 1-2 photos usually not even their own, we painstakingly take so many original high resolution photos for you, and we often upload the maximum amount of allotted photos on eBay. Please do not hesitate to reach out for more photos or ask us any questions you may have prior to purchasing, we are more than happy to answer them.

Please rest assured that in the unlikely event that your collectible arrives damaged or not at all, we would absolutely have you covered! We have a signature included with every single shipment that leaves Final Fortunes so you never have to worry about your package be left unattended. We also fully insure every single package ourselves for additional safety measures.

We also reserve the right to remove any suspicious bids from new accounts or accounts that have been associated with improper purchasing.
