It doesn't come with any warranty and no returns are accepted.

Item has been repacked by the seller in its original packaging or other (we proudly reuse packaging). Box may have some tatty and imperfection due to bulk packaging supplied.

All couriers claim the collections and deliveries are NOT guaranteed. The success rate is between 94%-98%. We will dispatch as we have promised but collections and deliveries by couriers are not in our control so we hope our customers would understand this situation before their purchase commitments.

For orders to these locations, we may contact you for extra postage or cancel the order.
All items cover for damage in transit or death on arrival. In such case, please contact us and we will pay postage for return or arrange courier collection in case the item is bulky.

For the change of mind and warranty claim, we will not offer the return postage.

Please contact us before returning to issue RMA number so we can process the return. We advise you to use recorded delivery for return. We will not be liable for lost of the item in transit during the return. Items need to be packed for transit and make sure all the accessories are included in the return.

Refund will be issued within 2-3 working days of receipt of the returned item.
In case you haven’t got the parcel in the suggested time at the checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to track the item for you.
