Tracking:
We use a number of couriers which include Hermes, UPS and DPD.
All our items are tracked with signature required.

Tracking is automatically provided by our courier(s) and you may receive an email confirming your shipment and tracking information.

Shipping cost:
We provide all shipping free to UK mainland.

Shipping to the following locations are charged at £4.99 for standard delivery or £9.99 for express delivery.

• Isle of Man
• Isle of Wight
• Northern Ireland
• Scilly Isles
• Scottish Highlands
• Scottish Islands

Next day deliver is available for £6.99 plus £3.49 for any additional items.

Delivery time:
We ship on same day if your order is placed and paid for before 12pm. We do not ship on bank holidays, weekends or national holidays.

Condition

It is worth noting that not all items that we sell are brand new with tags, some maybe washed, worn, without tags or even damaged please see below for a detailed explanation on what we mean regarding the condition of some items we sell.

New Items with tags:
These items are brand new with the retail or manufacturing tags

New items without tags:
These items are believed to be unused and come without any kind of retail tags

Used:
These items have clear sign of use could be because they have been washed or are dirty.

Damaged:
These items maybe new or used but could show signs of damage such as ripped, cut or a stitching error.

Returns and Refunds

All returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase buyer is responsible for return postage cost unless we are at fault at which point we will pay for the postage. Refunds are given once we have accepted your return back, if you do not use tracked shipping then we are unable to provide you with a refund.
