This RAM is pulled form a working environment. It is original OEM Apple memory , Apple however uses multiple manufacturers for their RAM. The RAM you will receive will be manufactured by either Hynix , Crucial/Micron or Elpida. See description above for official compatibility, this RAM may work with other non-Apple systems however we are unable to provide advice.
