This listing is for an antique wall-hanging decor plate with the Free Mason
compass, square, and "G" logo emblem made from iridescent (real) butterfly wings
under glass and sealed with an aluminum metal back.
It was made in the early 1900s by Joaquim Pereira of Brazil.
They made many different types of products using butterfly wings preserved under glass.
AMAZING HOW VIBRANT THE COLORS STILL ARE!
It measures approximately 6-1/2".
Overall excellent condition with some small dings in the aluminum.
