Returns will not be accepted, unless the product is returned within 30 days and is in its original condition unopened, unused, undamaged packaging and tag must still be attached. If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed. Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit and not delivered, we will replace your item if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping cost. However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund. It is the buyer's responsibility to secure their mailbox for delivery.
