This cute little snowman candle holder still has the candles!  They are not perfectly round but pretty close!  This has a crackle finish so it has an aged look.  It is about 8 x 8 inches in size.  Perfect folk Christmas decor.  This will become a favorite I'm sure!  I'm not exactly sure when this was made.  My guess is in the 90's.  No chips or cracks or damage noticed.
