Payment
  • You can pay for most items on eBay using PayPal, a credit or debit card, an eBay gift card or voucher, or Afterpay. 
  • Google Pay or Apple Pay may also be available, depending which device you're using. 
  • COD is available only for on-site pickups.
  • You'll see the available payment methods in the listing and at checkout. 
  • Items will not be sent until payment has been received in full. 
  • We require payment within 5 days of purchase.
  • A tax invoice is supplied with all items purchased.
Shipping
  • We aim to ship all purchases within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • GMS Spares uses a variety of postage methods and carriers depending on the goods purchased and your location.
  • The shipping charge will be outlined on the product page and checkout.  Multiple items purchased at the same time will only incur one (the highest) shipping charge.
  • We are only able to ship items with "free shipping" to PO boxes.
  • Please use a delivery address where someone will be available as all items will be sent with Authority to Leave.
  • In-store pickup: Free local pickup is available on all purchases.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Returns
Returns – Incorrectly Ordered / Not Required / Change of Mind
  • Goods returned within seven (7) days from the date you receive it will incur a 20% restocking fee.  Goods returns after seven (7) days are not eligible for a refund.
  • Goods must be returned to GMS Spares Pty Ltd at your cost.
  • You are responsible for loss or damage in transit of your returned item.  This includes if GMS Spares Pty Ltd sources a broker on your behalf.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Postage costs will not be refunded.  If your item was purchased with free shipping, the shipping charges incurred by GMS Spares will be passed onto you.
  • GMS Spares Pty Ltd is unable to accept returns/refunds or offer any warranty on electrical items, turbo chargers and super chargers
Returns – Faulty / Defective Product
  • Goods must be returned within seven (7) days from the date you receive it.

  • We will arrange to collect the goods from you, or reimburse you for postage costs (if we ask you to return the product to us)
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Warranty
All parts sold by GMS Spares Pty Ltd are under parts only warranty, unless specified.
  • New parts are covered for a default period of six (6) months or 20,000km whichever occurs first.
  • Used mechanical parts which are used in personal vehicles are covered for a default period of three (3) months or 10,000km whichever occurs first.
  • Used mechanical parts which are used in commercial/business vehicles are covered for a default period of one (1) month.
Extended or labour warranties are available on request and will be specified on invoice.

Warranty Terms
  • GMS Spares Pty Ltd will supply free of charge all components required to rectify any authorised claims and reserves the right to supply used components. Labour charges will not be met unless prior arrangements have been made with GMS Spares Pty Ltd.
  • GMS Spares Pty Ltd will not be responsible for consequential loss including; car hire, accommodation, damage, loss of income, additional costs/down time due to failure of the part sold or delays with part delivery.
  • Warranty is non-transferable.
  • Your purchase must be fitted by a qualified, licensed tradesperson.
Claim Under Warranty
  • In the event of any preliminary signs of malfunction it is your responsibility to cease operation and to report the problem to GMS Spares Pty Ltd. Failure to comply with this condition may result in more serious consequential damage and void any warranty entitlement.
  • Ring and advise us of your problem immediately.
  • If requested the part/vehicle must be returned to GMS Spares Pty Ltd or to a business of our choosing for inspection/repair.
