1. Please note SSD is 2.5 inch SATA Drive NOT M.2 or NvME SSD. See Photo 1. It is meant to upgrade the HDD. 

2. Also Please open your unit first and confirm you have the caddy and connector for the drive. See second photo. If your laptop is missing them, youwill need to order them here on ebay as they are NOT included.

3. Windows is NOT activated. You will need Win 10 Pro key to activate windows if your unit shipped with Win 10 Home from Dell. For those units that shipped with Win 10 Pro, no key is needed.  

4. Drive is made for UEFI boot which is the default from Dell. Please go into your bios and verify UEFI is enabled and listed as first boot priority.

The brand and model will vary depending on stock but will be from a quality manufacturer (Samsung, PNY, Adata, Lexar, Crucial, Liteon, Edge, Intel, Toshiba, Sandisk, kingston, Silicon Power, TEAMGROUP, Western Digital, Pioneer,etc).

Drives have been thoroughly tested using multiple diagnostic programs to ensure they are in perfect working order, with no errors or bad sectors.

All drives sold are fully tested using industry recognized software and all have been S.M.A.R.T checked so you have peace of mind you are buying a reliable SSD.
