• We double pack all our items to ensure safe delivery to you, however, sometimes accidents during shipping happen.  We promise to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. 

• Items that are listed as “NEW” have never been used and come with all applicable boxes or tags or original packing as indicated on our listing and photos. 

• Items listed as “USED” may come without original tags or boxes or original packing but is still in good condition.  Chances are if we list an item as ‘used’ it is probably vintage and may have minor flaws due to regular wear and usage.  We try to give as much detailed information in our listings and photos.  If you have any discrepancies, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to solve the issue.  We do not accept returns.  

SHIPPING & HANDLING

• Please make sure your address is correct on Ebay.  We will only ship to the address associated with your account.  

• Our handling time is 3 business days from when payment is received.  We do not ship on holidays.  We are not responsible for shipping delays once it is released to shipping company. 

• Our shipping fees are calculated based on weight and dimensions. We ship USPS and UPS whichever is more cost effective.

• We will combine shipping on multiple purchases when possible and pass the savings on to you.

PAYMENT

• We only accept payment through Ebay.  

• Payment - Immediate payment is expected for buy it now and at the end of auction.

• Non-Paying Bidders – We will open a Non-paying transaction after 3 days.  Non-paying bidders are blocked from future transactions.

• Cancelled Transactions - If a winning bidder requests to cancel the sale, they will be blocked from future transactions.
