Soundgarden celebrate the 20th anniversary of their groundbreaking album Superunknown with a new LP edition of the milestone, consisting of two 180g vinyls in a gatefold sleeve, containing the 16 tracks from the original double LP.

Superunknown is considered Soundgarden's masterpiece. With him, the grunge band from Seattle redefined alternative rock in 1994 and set the course in music history.

The album tracks "Black Hole Sun" and "Spoonman" won two Grammy Awards in 1995. Superunknown was also nominated for Best Rock Album. It was certified five-times platinum in the US and has sold around nine million copies worldwide, making it Soundgarden's most commercially successful album. In 2003, Rolling Stone magazine included it in its list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time and placed it among the 100 Greatest Albums of the Nineties.

Here comes one of the most important rock albums of the 1990s in the original double LP format, on 180 gram vinyls in a hinged sleeve.
