This product will  ship new as shown in box. 

Please note that the pins of these controllers are slightly bigger than a normal Nintendo brand controller. They need to be pressed in firmly into your NES system and they will fit just fine. If you are using it with an unlicensed system we cannot be sure as we have no experience using them with non Nintendo brand systems.
