Description.

 

An eight - pointed Star,

with the topmost point displaced by a Victorian crown.

Superimposed on the star is a circlet inscribed

" 2nd. Hampshire Rifle Volunteers ".

Within the circlet is a shield depicting the

Hampshire Rose surmounted by a Victorian crown.

 

All in white - metal.

Size :           51mm.  x  43mm.

 

The badge comes complete with fixing lugs to the rear,

and is supplied with a fixing pin.
