Q: What to do if I can't get it to connect to my phone or always get disconnected?
1.Please note that the maximum Bluetooth distance is 8-15 meters. If the watch was beyond the distance, it will cause the disconnection, you need to bind the watch to the app again.
2.Please keep DaFit app running in the background of your phone. If the phone clears DaFit out of the background, the phone will be disconnected from the watch.
3.If the DaFit app can’t detect the watch, please restart your phone and also reset the watch (Turn on the watch--> Click the ”Settings” icon--> “Reset”.) Then try again. If you still can’t connect the watch: please uninstall the DaFit app and also delete the "C17" from the Bluetooth paired list of your phone. Install the DaFit app and try again.
Q: How to set APP language?
The APP language automatically switches languages according to the system, and currently supports English, Arabic, Danish, German, Spanish, Finnish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Swedish Language, Thai, Ukrainian, Chinese, Traditional Chinese, etc.

* The dial of this watch is made of metal (zinc alloy). Those who are allergic to metal should be cautious when buying it.

* Please don't connect the 20W fast charging plug when using the charging cable, which may cause damage to the watch due to overcharging.
