About us

Haiton International Pty Ltd is an Australian engineering company founded in 1999, located in Sydney. We retail and repair HVACR machineries and spare parts, and offer on-site installations of cool rooms, freezer rooms, and mobile trailers.

Our team constitutes of a group of certified mechanics, our main office is based in Lidcombe Sydney, with branches in Lane Cove West and Smithfield. Our service is open to customers from Newcastle, Blue Mountain and Sydney’s metropolis areas.

Terms & Conditions (Excerpt)

1.1 Delivery (SMALL ITEMS)

  1. Dispatched within 48 business hours after payment is received.
  2. Our courier partners include TNT, Aramex, AU Post, Courier Please etc.
  3. Delivery date will vary depending on your time of order (expect delays on weekends and public holidays), your location, and your courier service's work efficiency.
  4. The freight will vary depending on: 1) your product size & weight, 2) your location.
  5. Your digital invoice will be sent via email. It will contain the final freight and serve as evidence for the transaction. It is in Australian Dollars. It will be provided 1~2 business days after you place your order.
  6. A tracking number will be provided via eBay, when it is dispatched.
  7. The final calculation will be provided to you via a digital invoice to your email address. The invoice will be sent to you on the same business day. It will serve as evidence for the transaction, so please keep it safe.

1.15 Delivery (HEAVY DUTY)

  2. Some heavy duty machineries cannot be delivered, they can only be picked up. Please contact us.
  3. Your digital invoice will be sent via email. It will contain the final freight and serve as evidence for the transaction. It is in Australian Dollars. It will be provided 1~2 business days after you place your order.

1.2 Qualified Mechanical Services

  1. Compressor installations in Sydney Central & Inner Metropolitan areas: contact us for more information.
  2. Compressor installation / modification warning: this appliance must be carried out by a qualified mechanics applying the relevant rules of the craft, installation standards, and safety regulations. Damages resulted from installation failures by unqualified mechanics to the good will not be covered by our warranty (see 1.7.5).

1.3 Payment methods

  1. All payments you make to us are safe, they are covered by eBay's cybersecurity services and other eCommerce platforms. We cannot tamper with them, nor can any unauthorised personnel, so you can shop with an ease of mind.
  2. We accept PayPal and credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, and banking, for eBay purchases. *Credit card transactions attract a 1.5% surcharge.
  3. We accept credit card payments and cash payments for in-person purchases. *Credit card transactions attract a 1.5% surcharge.

1.5 Returns & Warranty

1.5.1 Returns

  1. Product returns are not accepted if the package is opened or the product is damaged.
  2. Want a refund and not a replacement? Follow these steps: 1) Contact us, have your invoice ready for checking, 2) Receive our confirmation, 3) Mail back the product, 4) Receive your refund. *DO NOT mail the product back without contacting us first.

1.5.2 I changed my mind

  1. We do not accept returns or refunds if you changed your mind.
  2. We do not accept returns or refunds if you found a better deal elsewhere.

1.5.3 Warranty & Product Malfunctions

  1. 1-Year Warranty. If your purchased goods malfunctioned within the warranty period (1 year) contact us (See last 1mage), and we will arrange an examination and possibly a replacement depending on the situation.
  2. Invalid Warranty. Warranty will not apply if the product was stored or assembled incorrectly used inappropriately, abused, or misused.
  3. Third Parties. If you hire an unauthorised third party who does not have written approval from the manufacturer or from us, any damage incurred by the third party will not be covered by our warranty, you will be fully responsible for the item. You cannot hire an unauthorised third party for service and send the bill to us as a warranty claim.
  4. Our warranty will not apply if your product was damaged by the courier, please contact them for a warranty claim. Warranty will not apply after the one year expiration date.
