These are ingenious fastners for putting on the back of name badges. The fastner comprises a steel plate with a self adhesive foam backing and two neodymium magnets embedded within a plastic shell. Simply peel the protective paper off the steel plate and stick the plate to the name badge. Place the plastic shell inside your clothing and allow your name badge to be magnetically attracted to it. The badge is now held securely.
