From the tag style I believe it to be recent vintage, from the 2000s.

The tag says US size 2. Though it feels closer to a 0 to me. It also lists sizes in French (32), German (30) and Italian (36). If you want to be sure it will fit just right, check the measurements. :)

I’m 5’5” and 125 lbs and it fits me perfectly! It hits below the knee.
