Fred is an artist, singer, cartoonist, advertising man and maven of the St Kilda music scene for over 40 years 

A gifted and highly trained cartoonist and graphic artist, Fred created the PUB cartoon strip that chronicled the history of ratbags and musicians in Inpress magazine. Thirty-three years and still going strong.
