N.B - I am an individual seller, so I have no control over the making of garments/items as I'm not a manufacturer.

I just sell on branded/non-branded items and clothing, used and new, but I always describe the item and its condition the best I can.

I re-use boxes to send items that are too large for jiffy bags, as it's a good way to recycle, so the boxes won't be in brand new condition since they are reused.

Will be sent second class with Royal Mail or Evri, however you can request another class for the item to be sent, but the additional cost will be at the expense of the buyer.
