ORDERS:

We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of an order been recieved (mon-fri)

Should a customer place an order in error and wish to return once the order has been dispatched, they may do so for a refund providing that the item is returned to us in the same condition to which it was dispatched. As the error is not on our part we will be unable to refund any shipping costs and there will also be a fixed restocking fee of £2.00 to be deducted.
