30 Day Returns Policy

We are pleased to offer a 30 day returns policy on all items. You can return your item for any reason within 30 days of the item being received by you. 

The customer agrees to pay the return shipping costs unless a faulty or wrong item is sent in which case we will cover the cost of the return postage. 

All returns need to be returned in the same condition as was received. Unworn and complete with all tags attached. Please contact us with any problems before leaving feedback or to arrange any returns as we will gladly resolve any problems.

We send all items (up to 2kg) Royal Mail 1-st class recorded delivery- free for UK.

There is the option to upgrade your shipping to next day special delivery if required subject to an extra charge - an option to be selected during the purchase.

We can offer combinbe shipping costs for outside UK - please contact us before purchase.

Items will be dispatched the same day if paid for before 12:30pm Mon-Fri (in most cases 4pm)  and 10:30am Saturday otherwise they will be dispatched the next working day or Saturday if item was purchased on Friday afternoon.
