You are bidding on this Vintage Souvenir Felt Pennant Black Velvet Art Look Montana Helena Blackfoot

This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with some signs of age/wear; there is light rubbing/scuffing to surface of felt, some edgewear and associated corner wear with fraying to embroidery at base, wear to ribbons at base, small hole at front base beneath State Capitol typography, some creasing/crinkling, light fading/smudging to rear face. Overall quality is good; smooth/clean, with good preservation of color/sheen and graphics still sharp/clear. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, stains, residue or repairs.

The pennant measures approx 26.5" long with an 8" base and is tagged "Made in Japan."
