Payment Info

Please pay for your item within 48 hours of commitment to buy, It is the customers responsibility to ensure that payment is received. We prefer PayPal, However bank transfers are available for large quantity purchases, and details are available upon request for such methods of payment.


Postage Info

We pay a full time packer and therefore on selected items we charge a handling fee on top of the actual postage. This is to ensure that high priced items are packed with efficiency and with care so that your items are delivered to you in pristine condition. 

Please note we import some goods ourselves and pay shipping and all associated costs. We would like to thank you for your support.

• All goods are sent either via Royal Mail or Interlink Express or TNT depending upon location and speed of delivery.
• We dispatch on weekdays only and within 24 hours of cleared payment.
• If your order is placed and we receive cleared payment before 3pm we always aim to dispatch on the same day.
• We do not accept any responsibility for goods delivery delayed due to the couriers or adverse weather conditions.

Returns

All goods sold by ourselves are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) You have the right to return goods purchased from ourselves under the following conditions:

• We must be informed within 7 days of you receiving the goods that you are intending to return them.
• All goods must be returned in their original packaging and in pristine condition as purchased.
• All goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt

Goods that cannot be returned are:

• Cd's/dvd's or software where a seal is broken
• Perishable items such as food/drink
• Tailor made or personalised goods
• Underwear or earrings
