COMMUNICATION & BUYER REQUESTS

If you require something different to my standard service, please message me prior to purchasing, if you just add a note it could be missed, not be possible or incur additional charges that may need to be discussed.

POSTING ITEMS

I post all items within 24 hours unless it’s a weekend or I am away. Items purchased on the weekend will be posted on Monday and if I am away they will be posted as soon as I am back.

I rarely offer collection on any items, the only exception would be for larger difficult to post items, anything that can easily be posted definitely not offer collection on.

I will always update all tracking information on your order and send you a photo of the address label and tracking number, so no need to ask me to do this.

I always pack all items with care.

Most items will be sent in AusPost pre-paid bags if they fit.

Once an item has been posted the sale is final with no exceptions.

Any item priced over $100 will be sent with added insurance which does increase the price of postage and means the item will be posted on the following Monday if you purchase on the weekend.

I will only guarantee posting your items to the address provided on your eBay account, if you don’t want it to go there please update your address on eBay before purchasing.

If you require your parcel to be sent express or have a signature, please let me know before purchasing as this will cost extra. A signature would be required if you don’t want AusPost to leave your item in a safe space.

I accept no responsibility for items left in a safe space, this will be considered delivered if that’s what shows on the tracking.

THE ITEMS I SELL

I always try to make sure all my items are clearly described and provide as many photos as possible, so please check them before purchasing.

All jeans, shorts and pants waist sizing is as shown on the label, but I will provide additional photos to show the true measurements in the listing and draw your attention to this if applicable.

Photos provided of measurements are final and I won’t refund if you disagree with the way I’ve shown the measurements. If you have an issue with my measurements method please message me to discuss this before purchasing.

I always make sure items are in the condition I described and this includes smell, I would not sell something that smells bad to me, so I will not be refunding if your complaint is the smell of an item you purchased.

What you see is always the exact item you will receive, so if you are buying shoes for example and there is no box in the photos that is how they will come.

Shoes without all UK/US/EUR sizing will have the sizing provided via an online sizing guide which will also be provided in the photos, please make sure you are happy with the sizing as the sizes can vary slightly with different sizing guides and I will not refund if the shoes/ sneakers etc don’t fit.

I cannot provide information on how many times an item has been worn but you should be able to have a reasonable idea from the photos and description.

If an item such as shoes is a different size to the ones you normally wear I can’t help to recommend if they might fit you, this is your judgment call and I will not refund if you are wrong, so probably best not to purchase if you are unsure.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

I will only refund if I have made an error in my listing i.e. if I have missed some damage or described it incorrectly. If this is the case please provide photos showing the issue so that I can quickly process your refund.

I will not refund because you changed your mind or because it does not fit, so please check the description, measurements provided and make sure the item is correct and what you actually want before before purchasing and if required ask me questions, which I’m happy to answer and will help to avoid any future issues before they happen.

If you ask for a return, I will always pay the postage to have the item returned, without exception.

PAYMENTS & OFFERS

On all ‘buy nows’ I expect payment to be made quickly, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed. If the payment has not been made I will re-list the item.

I don’t have offers settings turned on because as a rule I don’t want to accept offers. I might occasionally listen to sensible offers but I’m never going to drastically reduce my price.

Occasionally I might send out offers on some items, this is my lowest price so please don’t think I will reduce my price further and attempt to counter.
