Shipping:

I do my best to ship within 2-3 days after payment (weekends and holidays are not included). Please understand postage is expensive once you get over 16 oz. I do not try to make money on postage. I charge as close as possible to what the postal service charges. Packages are shipped via USPS first class mail within 16 oz. Fragile items are packaged with care. If for any reason your item is damaged, please send me an e-Mail as soon as possible. In that e-Mail please include photos of the item in the original packaging (bubble wrap, box, etc) and pictures of the damage. Photos of the items that are damaged in the original packaging is essential for filing a claim with the USPS. Refunds on for damaged items will not be given without the requested information above.

Returns:

I accept returns within 30 days of purchase and the item MUST be in the same condition as described in the original listing. It is the BUYER'S responsibility to pay for return shipping. It is the buyers responsibility to notify me within 14 days if they are returning the item. Please message me with any concerns. Your payment will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of the item in it’s original condition. I request you contact me prior to contacting eBay to initiate a return.
