Primitive Iron Wire Potato- Boiler Basket 11” H x 9-1/2” W As Found.

Grungy, crooked and slightly amusing!

Uneven wire encircles the pumpkin shape and narrows to a metal band at the neck. The stationary handle is a 1/8” metal rod bent into a perfect curve. It sits unevenly on 8 wire ‘feet’ that allow draining.

Could be handmade because the wires are so uneven. Not sure about the hooks at the neck. (?)
