Artist: me (Samo Kostanjevec), with my signature, on the back of the drawing is also my signiture with the year.
Medium: graphite pencils, blending stumps and paper handkerchief on natural white paper (190 g/m²)
At the end, the drawing / painting has been sprayed for protection a little with fixative.
Frame: without frame

Shipping and handling: The drawing / painting will be shipped flat well protected in a bubble envelope with an inner sheet of card for further protection (with a tracking number).
Delivery time within the EU countries, the UK and Switzerland is about 2-10 business days (in the UK usually 2-6 business days and Germany usually 2-5 business days) and in the US and Canada about 4-12 business days.
I'm registred in Slovenia as a personal supplementary work (osebno dopolnilno delo). I'm not VAT registered (VAT will not be charged by me due to 94. article of Slovenian Vat Law (ZDdv)). With item (drawing / painting) you will get original bill in Slovenian language and translation of the bill in English or German language.
Handling time: I will ship within 3 business days.
Combined shipping: If you want to bid or purchase more than one drawing I am happy to combine shipping costs. Combined shipping cost only applies within 30 days of the first item that you purchased. (You should pay all items all together, on the same time). In that case shipping and handling for each additional item is free of charge. Please refrain from paying until all items of interest have finished. According to Ebay rules I have to ship and add a tracking number within 3 days after (first) payment, thus wait with a paymant if you want to combine.
Returns:
The customer is entitled to return the good (drawing / painting) within 30 days of receipt. In such a case, the customer must send a returns note. The good (drawing / painting) received shall be returned in the original packaging, undamaged and in unchanged condition within 5 days of sending the returns note. If the above conditions are met, a refund will be made. The cost of returning the good (drawing / painting) is borne by the customer.

Künstler: Zeichnung wurde von mir persönlich (Samo Kostanjevec) gezeichnet/gemalt und unterschrieben. Auf der Rückseite der Zeichnung ist auch meine Unterschrift und das Jahr.
Technik: Bleistiftzeichnung auf weißem (natürlich weiß) Papier (190 g/m²). Ich verwende nicht nur bleistifte (2H-6B), sondern auch Papierwischer und Papiertaschentücher.
Die Zeichnung wurde nach Fertigstellung zur Fixierung ein bißchen mit Fixativ behandelt.
Rahmen: Ungerahmt

Versand und Verpackung: Die Zeichnung wird als Einschreibebrief geschickt/versandt.
Ich versende innerhalb von 1-3 Werktagen nach Geldeingang.
Für gewöhnlich dauert der Versand von Slowenien nach Deutschland 2 bis 5 Werktage.
Die Laufzeit eines Brief innerhalb der Europäischen Union, die Schweiz und das Vereinigte Königreich beträgt 2 bis 10 Werktage und in die Vereinigte Staaten und Kanada 4 bis 12 Werktage.
Die Zeichnung wird sorgfältig verpackt. Sie wird nicht gerollt oder gefaltet.
Ich bin in Slowenien als Persönliche zusätzliche Arbeit (osebno dopolnilno delo) ins Handelsregister eintragen. Käufer wird mit der Zeichnung die Original-Rechnung erhalten (in slowenischer Sprache und die Übersetzung der slowenischen Rechnung in die deutsche Sprache).
Ich möchte Sie darauf hinweisen, dass ich als Persönliche zusätzliche Arbeit im Sinne des §94 Absatzt 1 ZDDV verkaufe, und keine MwSt (Mehrwertsteuer) ausgewiesen wird. (Der Rechnungsbetrag enthält keine Mehrwertsteuer auf Grund von §94 Absatzt 1 ZDDV – Slowenisches Gesetz.)
Gratis Kombiversand: Bezahlen Sie zum Schluß mit Kombiversand alle Positionen auf einmal, es wird nur 1 mal Versand berechnet. (Sämtliche weiteren Artikel sind dann komplett kostenfrei.)

Rückgabe:
Der Käufer ist berechtigt die Ware (die Zeichnung, die Malerei) innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach dem Wareneingang zurückzuschicken. Seine Reklamation meldet er einfach per Ebay (Mit Mitglied Kontakt aufnehmen). Die empfangene Ware (die Zeichnung, die Malerei) muss der Käufer in der originellen Verpackung, unbeschädigt und in einem unveränderten Zustand innerhalb von 5 Tagen nach der Benachrichtigung zurück schicken. Die Kosten der Rücklieferung trägt der Käufer. Dem Käufer fällt keine Entschädigung zu.
