As we use a courier company to deliver our parcels to Mainland England, they require a signature for the parcel to be left at the address.

PLEASE MAKE SURE SOMEBODY IS AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR THE ITEM 9AM - 4PM

If not, please use a different address (work etc), where somebody is available during working hours to sign for parcels.

Alternatively, please leave delivery instructions on your order. E.g "Please leave in porch" etc.

If you live in a block of flats, please provide information of how to access the building if necessary.
